Financial Technology refers to technology and innovation focused on competing with established financial methods in the delivery of financial services. It's a new industry that employs technology to improve financial activities.
The programme covers all the major areas within the body of knowledge identified in the programme standards which include business analytics, financial derivative, accounting information system (AIS) blockchain technology, financial technology governance, risk management & compliance, artificial intelligence, digital currencies, corporate finance, introduction to management accounting, international finance, investment and foundation of business.
The courses will also focus on data analytics and financial technology skills required of executives, such as big data analytics, robo advisors, artificial intelligence, financial technology governance and risk management & compliance.
